"Switzerland is all about mountains lakes and amazing skies. The combination of rain filled sky and reflection blend to give a watery picture in my ponds. Snow-capped mountains make a wonderful setting to design a garden in. Large drifts of grasses and perennials give late summer colours. Nature does the work, I arrange the stage and scenery in the foreground but the background is always done by a larger hand than mine."
